BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

  • HOW TO BOOK YOUR STAY ?


Follow the booking tunnel with the different steps up to secure online payment. You will receive a confirmation email a few minutes after the completion of your purchase. The reservation is final only after receipt of the contract and receipt of the deposit by the agency. 
The balance must be paid one month before your arrival date by credit card via your customer account, by cheque, holiday vouchers to be sent by mail, or by bank transfer.

 

  • HOW CAN I HAVE SKI PASSES ?

Forget about the waiting time at the ski pass desks!
Order your packages from your customer area, by email reservation@sogespral.com or by phone and we will prepare them for you. 
If you already have the magnetic holder, your plans will be automatically reloaded remotely. Don’t forget to give us the media numbers. They have to start with 01-1614… to be rechargeable.
If you do not have support, you can pick up your packages on the day of your arrival, directly in your apartment or at the booking centre. 
Throughout the winter we offer you exceptional discounts on ski packages, from 10% to 35% discount depending on the periods. Do not hesitate to contact us.

 

  • cancellation insurance :

 Cancellation insurance is optional, its amount corresponds to 4% of the rental price. It must be paid at the same time as the deposit and cannot be cancelled if the reservation is confirmed.

 

  • WHAT HAPPEN IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY STAY  :

Any total cancellation of a confirmed file must be notified to the Central Booking in writing (email or mail).

Upon payment of the deposit, the reservation is firm and final.

In case of cancellation, the penalties will be borne by the customer under the following conditions:

If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start date of the stay: the central booking office keeps 25% of the total price of the stay.
If the cancellation takes place between the 15th day and the start date of the stay: the central booking office keeps 100% of the total price of the stay.
The amount of cancellation insurance and application fees are never refunded.

 

  • HOW CAN I OPTIMIZE MY ARRIVAL

If you rented from a private owner, contact him a few days before arrival for the key collection.

The reservation of services such as, the rental of sheets, towels, garage, end of stay cleaning must be made directly with the owner or the agency that manages the apartment. Please refer to your rental confirmation.

In winter, to optimize your arrival in our mountains, we advise you to provide special equipment for your vehicle (snow chains or socks) and to train you to install them before your departure.

 

 

DURING YOUR STAY 

  • WHERE WILL I COLLECT MY KEYS ?

You will find on your rental confirmation the contact information of the owner or his agent who will welcome you and give you the keys to the accommodation.
On the day of arrival, accommodations are available from 15:00. Do not hesitate to contact a few days before your arrival.

 

  • DEPOSIT GUARANTEE :

A deposit is a security deposit against possible damage. It can be requested by the owner, you will find the amount and the terms on the rental confirmation.
Some owners also ask for a deposit for the household. If it is not done the owner keeps the right to cash it.

 

  • TOURIST TAX :

If the tourist tax is in addition, it will be paid directly to the owner. Please refer to your rental confirmation.

 

  • THERE IS A INTERNET CONNEXION ON SITE  ?

Some apartments have private Wi-Fi access and in some residences there is shared Wi-Fi. In both cases this is specified in the description.
The tourist office offers the rental of boxes by day or by week, to connect up to 10 high-speed devices. Info: 04 79 08 79 08

 

  • PARKING OF CARS IN PRALOGNAN CENTER :

Parking on the main street of Pralognan is in blue zone, limited to 4 hours.

The parking of the Bouquetin is in free access.

 

  • HOW DO I HAVE TO CHECK OUT FROM HTE ACCOMMODATION ?

You have to leave your apartment no later than 10am on the morning of your departure and to return the keys to the owner, the Agency or the reception of your residence.
If you have not requested the final cleaning,   you must clean the apartment entirely: kitchen, floor, bathroom, toilets,
